This 2-hour continuing education (CE) course covers: \n– The legal terminology of a rider to a contract\n– The purpose of riders A–EE in the FRBAR contract\n– How and why real estate riders are used in a transaction\n– When each individual FRBAR rider should be utilized in a transaction\n– Why riders DD (seasonal and vacation rider) and EE (PACE rider) were added as of November 2021\n– What changed with the Condominium Rider\, including the milestone report and structural integrity reserve study effective March 2023\n– Whether the seller must execute the FRBAR Seller’s Property Disclosure \nLunch will be provided.
