FRBAR Extras: Riders, Addenda & More

In addition to the FRBAR standard, As-Is and Vacant Land Contracts, real estate agents need to understand why and when a particular comprehensive rider should be added to the contract. This 2-hour continuing education (CE) course covers:

– The legal terminology of a rider to a contract
– The purpose of riders A–EE in the FRBAR contract
– How and why real estate riders are used in a transaction
– When each individual FRBAR rider should be utilized in a transaction
– Why riders DD (seasonal and vacation rider) and EE (PACE rider) were added as of November 2021
– What changed with the Condominium Rider, including the milestone report and structural integrity reserve study effective March 2023
– Whether the seller must execute the FRBAR Seller’s Property Disclosure
